It's that time again!! Paddle with a purpose!

This March, I'll be taking on 10km at Paddle Across The Bay to raise important funds for Lifeline.

Together with Fletcher Wright, we'll be taking on Port Phillip Bay, and paddling a 10km loop, while raising important funds for Lifeline.

This year you can donate one of two ways.

1. Simply pledge directly through here with a donation.

2. Sponsor me per kilometre paddled from now till Friday 13th March. Sponsoring me per kilometre will motivate me to get my butt into gear, to raise the funds, while training.

If you choose to sponsor per km, shoot me a facebook message with your pledge per km, and I'll add you to the list. You can sponsor me $1 or more per km, then on the 13th, I'll send you the total km paddled and you can donate that total. Just as an indication, I paddled 57km from 1st Jan to 10th March last year.

Please support my paddle today. Every donation, no matter the amount, can make a difference.

Thank you for your support!

Doug.

Happy 2026 everyone! As you all know, Fletcher Wright, Daniel Johnson and I are participating in the 2026 Paddle Across The Bay We had our first training session a few days ago, with a 3.5hr epic paddle down the Barron River, from Gallo's Dairy to the Ski Club in Tinaroo. Check it out here: https://connect.garmin.com/app/activity/21417275395?share_unique_id=2 The Barron was pumpin and there were certainly some hairy moments negotiating the 5 sets of rapids in the last 3rd of the Paddle (Fletch lost his paddle at one stage), but we survived. Loads more training to come!
