There is paid parking available at Green Point Reserve, but it will fill up quickly - first in, best dressed!
For alternative options, you can park in the neighbouring residential streets or use the Brighton Beach Hotel and Brighton Beach Railway Station carparks, both within walking distance.
We recommend arriving early to secure a spot. As it’s the weekend and our event kicks off before 7am, the carparks are pretty clear during this time.
What does the registration process look like on event day?
The registration process is quite simple, be sure to have your ticket ready to be scanned to be checked in!
Upon check in we will mark your arm with a number as a safety precaution.
Be at the start line (Green point, Brighton) to check in between 6 am - 6.45 am. Your check in ticket is sent to you via email upon registration - please have this on your phone or printed out for the day.
Check-in closes at 6.45 am.
You may pick up your event t-shirt at the registration desk (let us know your preferred size upon registration).
At 6.30 am, your safety briefing and the warm-up session will begin so that we are all ready to enter the water and start the 10km journey.
Once paddlers arrive back at the finish line and check out, they can begin to enjoy the stalls and activities
PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO CHECK OUT AT THE FINISH LINE
What if the weather is not good on the day?
We will be monitoring the weather and winds in the lead up to the event and if deemed too dangerous we will postpone the event.
While we never want this to be the case, the safety of all participants is a high importance of ours.
