I'm proudly fundraising for Lifeline.

This March, I will be taking on the 10km challenge for Paddle Across The Bay in support of Lifeline.

Tragically, over 3,000 Australians die by suicide every year.

I'm raising funds for Lifeline who are experiencing more calls than ever before. Every 28 seconds, a person in Australia reaches out to Lifeline for help.

Please support my paddle to provide suicide prevention and critical support services to help Australians in need through their toughest moments.

Together, we can make a difference and help saves lives.

Thank you for your support!

Getting the KMs done!

Friday 28th Feb
On Wednesday I clocked up another 7kms of training! Thanks Dr Nicky T for the support and being a great photographer! Feeling nervous but excited to hit the water tomorrow for the big event! šŸŒŠšŸ„šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

Get Paddling..

Friday 21st Feb
After a rough couple of weeks and mental health really not in a good place I got out for a paddle today.

I find that water soothes the soul and it was a cracking day on the water.

Having no idea if I could actually paddle 10kms I set a goal today to at least do a couple of KMs to see how I go.

I'm happy to say I paddled 5km between sitting, kneeling and standing. Haha...let's see how the body holds up tomorrow. 🤣

I've popped the link in below.

Thanks again to all those showing support. šŸ˜

Water and Sunshine!

Friday 21st Feb
What a day out on the Yarra River today..

Am I crazy?

Sunday 16th Feb
Some of you may know that about 3 years ago I began learning to surf as a way to support my Mental Health. This is where I realised how much I love the water, and how grounding it is for the soul.

Through an associate program, I completed a SUP lesson in March 2024. I found it relatively easy, probably because of my recent progression in surfing and other balance related activities such as snowboarding (albeit 10yrs ago).

But in January 2025 I saw the Paddle Across the Bay advertised and felt instantly drawn to the idea...even though I've only done it once before. 😬

Rest assured, I have had 1 more lesson since committing to this challenge and one self guided practice paddle.

I expect this to be challenging for both my physical and mental health but, I am really excited to participate.

Well wishes are just as valued as financial support, but obviously donations go to a great cause!

Keep watching for more updates!
