This March, I will be taking on the 10km challenge for Paddle Across The Bay in support of Lifeline.
Tragically, over 3,000 Australians die by suicide every year.
I'm raising funds for Lifeline who are experiencing more calls than ever before. Every 28 seconds, a person in Australia reaches out to Lifeline for help.
Please support my paddle to provide suicide prevention and critical support services to help Australians in need through their toughest moments.

We’ve all felt it.
Sunday 5th Jan No matter how big, or small, we have all had that feeling. It builds up inside and takes hold, it brings brain fog and stops you being able to think clear, sometimes makes you feel sick to your stomach and you can’t put a finger on why, it makes you feel alone or want to be alone even though that’s your worst fear. It can sometimes feel like there is no way and for some those feelings stick around forever. I’ve had a very good friend take his own life so unexpectedly. I’ve suffered in dark places myself. I just want to make a small difference, raise some funds so maybe someone, somewhere can benefit from my actions and not have to go through what so many people have. I’m out of my comfort zone doing this, I’ve always had an unreasonable fear of open water, one which I am trying to squash so I’m not gonna lie and say I’m not doing this for myself too.
